Membership Form

Annually a submitted and signed membership form and dues payment are both required to register your family as a PEACH member family. The Membership Form and Dues Information (the amounts, dates and instructions for paying dues) are both online:

Dues amounts below require participation in a PEACH fundraiser once per year (it isn’t hard or time consuming – look to the newsletter for additional information)

Financial Aid is available for any family where dues create a hardship. Thanks to some generous donor families, anyone who needs help with membership dues may request assistance by contacting us.

Earlybird Dues $25 + fundraiser participation if postmarked or paid online by June 30 for new and renewing members.

Regular Dues $35+ fundraiser participation if postmarked or paid online between July 1 – Jan 31 for new and renewing members.

Mid-Year New Member Dues $20 for new members joining PEACH for the first time between February 1 and May 30 (for the remainder of current school year).
